MSN Labs Finished Dosage Manufacturing, supplies commercial finished dosages to Novadoz Pharmaceuticals, the company’s U.S sales & marketing affiliate. Product manufacturing capabilities include oral solids, injectables (general & oncolytic), and liquids. The facility provides manufacturing, Q/A Q/C research & lab testing, and stability validation services. The facilities are located in close proximity to Hyderabad International Airport, to facilitate efficient logistics. MSN’s finished dosage facilities have consistently completed FDA audits since 2016 without any major 483 observations.
The facility is equipped for the manufacturing of complex generic products. The temperature-controlled facility is compatible to fulfil operations under sub-zero environment. High-speed bulk and blister packing lines ensure speed and flexibility in supply. Our warehousing facilities contain refrigeration units and are ambient temperature controlled. The facilities are compliant with DSCSA serialization regulations. Our logistic services are provided in a VAWD accredited environment. We warehouse and perform logistic services in distribution centers strategically located in throughout the U.S in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Southwest regions. In addition to our capabilities in India, the U.S location for MSN & Novadoz is located in Piscataway, New Jersey. This 200K+ sq. ft. facility includes our manufacturing, and executive offices. The company expects to produce oral solids, injectables, and liquids manufactured at this facility by the end of 2019.
